Front Desk Bouncer — Legal
Terms
These terms govern the relationship between Front Desk Bouncer and a business that uses it. They do not govern the relationship between a business and its own clients.
Who these terms are for
They apply to a business — and the people it authorises — using Front Desk Bouncer to run its calendar, client records, payments and operations.
A client of such a business is not a party to these terms. That relationship is governed by the business’s own documents, published on the business’s own pages.
Access
Access is granted deliberately. A business requests access, a platform operator reviews the request, and an organisation is created only after that review. Submitting a request creates no account and no obligation on either side.
Accounts are personal to the people they are issued to. Credentials must not be shared, and the business is responsible for the people it authorises.
The business's responsibilities
The business decides what it sells, at what price, to whom, and on what conditions. It is responsible for its own services, prices, taxes, invoices, cancellation rules and client communication, and for the lawfulness of the information it records about its clients.
Our responsibilities
We provide the software and operate the service with reasonable care. We keep financial records append-only: completed transactions, receipts and refunds are preserved rather than deleted or rewritten.
The service is provided as it stands. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and maintenance may occasionally interrupt it.
Fees
No subscription, plan or self-service billing is offered through this site today. Any commercial arrangement is agreed directly with the business before it begins operating.
Ending access
A business may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access where the service is used unlawfully, where security requires it, or where an agreed arrangement is not honoured. Financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
